Medhavi Foundation

Medhavi Foundation is an Education and Skill Development organisation founded in 2012 by IIT Alumni with a vision to bridge the gap between demand and supply of skilled manpower across vocational streams. Medhavi is driven by the commitment to develop the vocational skill manpower base in India by deploying a unique combination of best-in-class learning technologies, expert trainers in various streams and a nation-wide network of high quality model skills training centres.

PMKK

Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendra (PMKK) is a flagship scheme of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India which envisages establishing aspirational state-of-the-art model skill development centres in every district of India.

PMKVY / RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning)

Under the PMKVY 2.0 central scheme, got mandates from NSDC and various SSCs to train and empower 25,000 beneficiaries in 19-20.

CSR

Medhavi Foundation provides tailor-made skills and livelihood solutions to corporates like, TCS, Whirlpool, TeamLease and Yes bank for their CSR needs.

Fee-Based Courses

In collaboration with different SSC’s the NSQF aligned standardised certificate courses offered contribute in enhancing the employability quotient of the candidates under different self- paid schemes.

Director's word

The word ‘Medhavi’ is synonym in Hindi language while referring to talented youth. Medhavi Foundation was born with a vision to empower the youths who have a desire to excel in life but are deprived of access to quality education due to financial constraints thus usually drop out of schools. Without any hard skills or hands-on knowledge, such youths struggle to find their first employment and hence a dignified life for themselves.

Government or corporate sponsored and employment-linked skill training is an excellent approach to empower such youths. Under the ‘Skill India’ mission we have impacted 50,000 students in the last 8 years and our goal is to impact 50 Lac youths across the world in the 2020 decade.
