Medhavi Foundation, established in 2012 by IIT alumni, is a leading not-for-profit education and skill development organization committed to bridging the gap between the demand and supply of skilled manpower across various vocational streams. It empowers India’s youth through best-in-class learning technologies, expert trainers, and a nationwide network of high-quality model skill training centres. Registered under Section 25 of the Indian Companies Act, 1956, Medhavi Foundation is also the sponsoring body of Medhavi Skills University, Sikkim. In collaboration with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), various State Skill Missions, and industry partners, Medhavi continues to shape a skilled and employable workforce. By 2025, the Foundation has successfully trained, skilled, and enabled employment opportunities for over 5 lakh youth across the country, advancing the national skilling and livelihood mission.
