PMKK Bongaigaon is a premier skill development institute dedicated to providing high-quality, free-of-cost technical training under various government schemes initiated by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Government of India.

- Implemented by Medhavi Foundation: PMKK Bongaigaon is established and managed by Medhavi Foundation, an implementing partner of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), under the aegis of MSDE. Medhavi Foundation has a strong presence in East and North-East India, operating multiple PMKK centers.
