The Foundation aims to empower 5 million youth across India by 2047, by equipping them with industry-relevant skills, hands-on learning opportunities, entrepreneurial capabilities and pathways to sustainable employment through strong industry collaboration.

With over 20 years of experience in leadership and education management, he has played a key role in driving strategic growth, fostering innovation and managing large-scale government-sponsored skill development projects such as PMKVY, NULM, PM Daksh and PM Vishwakarma. He has also worked on CSR initiatives with organisations like Tata Steel, Emami Foundation and Ambuja Cement.
