What we work on

Thematic Areas

Every CSR partnership we take on sits within one of three mandates.

Skill Development

Industry-aligned training across more than a dozen sectors, assessed and certified by the relevant Sector Skill Councils. Curriculum is built against the hiring requirements of the funding partner, not generic syllabi.

Livelihood Development

Turning a certificate into sustained household income through placement linkage, apprenticeships and self-employment support — including micro-enterprise development for Self-Help Groups.

Women Empowerment

Dedicated programmes in entrepreneurship, apparel, beauty and wellness and healthcare that open a route to economic independence — with seed support where self-employment is the goal.

About Medhavi Foundation

A skilling partner built for CSR outcomes

Since its inception in 2012, Medhavi Foundation has been at the forefront of bridging the gap between skills and employability. A not-for-profit organisation registered under Section 25 of the Indian Companies Act, 1956, Medhavi has empowered over 6,00,000 individuals.

It builds a strong skilled manpower base in India by deploying a unique combination of best-in-class learning technologies, expert trainers across diverse streams, and a nationwide network of model skills training centres.

We collaborate with leading industry partners to give our trainees the best possible learning opportunities, industry exposure and career prospects — driven by a single commitment: to build a skilled and empowered nation.
