Partners define the competencies a role actually needs, so course content is built against live hiring requirements rather than a generic syllabus.
On-the-job training
Apprenticeships and placements inside real operations, where learners build hours on the same equipment and processes they will meet on day one.
Placement & hiring
A committed intake at the end of the programme, turning a certificate into an offer letter and giving employers a pipeline they helped build.
Apprenticeship partners host our candidates under the national apprenticeship schemes (NAPS and NATS). Placements partners hire our candidates directly on completion.
