What we work on
Every CSR partnership we take on sits within one of three mandates.
Industry-aligned training across more than a dozen sectors, assessed and certified by the relevant Sector Skill Councils. Curriculum is built against the hiring requirements of the funding partner, not generic syllabi.
Turning a certificate into sustained household income through placement linkage, apprenticeships and self-employment support — including micro-enterprise development for Self-Help Groups.
Dedicated programmes in entrepreneurship, apparel, beauty and wellness and healthcare that open a route to economic independence — with seed support where self-employment is the goal.
