About us
Medhavi Foundation
Medhavi Foundation is an education and skill development organisation established in 2012 with a vision to bridge the gap between industry demand and workforce capabilities across vocational sectors. Through skill development, livelihood development and women empowerment initiatives, the Foundation creates sustainable opportunities and drives socio-economic mobility for underserved communities.
Medhavi Foundation is the sponsoring body of Medhavi Skills University, Sikkim, and is registered as a not-for-profit organisation under Section 25 of the Indian Companies Act, 1956. The Foundation has partnered with the National Skill Development Corporation, State Skill Missions and leading employers to build industry-aligned skill ecosystems.
With a nationwide presence, it has transformed the lives of over 6,00,000 youth through intensive skill training across multiple sectors, facilitating employment and self-employment opportunities.

To revolutionise vocational education by integrating in-demand skills with academic learning through industry-immersive apprenticeships and on-the-job training. Beyond technical ability, we cultivate the right attitudes and ethical values, preparing learners for sustainable career growth and a balanced, fulfilling life.

Industry-aligned, certified training across more than 40 sectors, delivered through a nationwide network of Skill Academies and training centres.

Dedicated programmes in entrepreneurship, apparel, beauty and wellness, and healthcare that open economic independence to women.
