Lalremruati’s story is one of resilience, passion, and transformation. Born and raised in Aizawl, Mizoram, she had always loved baking but never imagined it could become her livelihood. For a long time, she was unemployed, living with her mother, and helping with daily chores doing whatever she could to support her family. However, deep down, she longed for something more. Enrolling into the Baking Technician (DAY-NULM) training program at Medhavi Foundation, Aizawl, in the Oct 2022 – Jan 2023 batch was the turning point in her life. With dedication and hard work, she mastered the art of baking, learning to create a variety of baked goods with precision and creativity. More importantly, she gained the confidence to turn her passion into a profession. 

Determined to carve her own path, Lalremruati started a small home-based baking business (Cloud Kitchen). Word spread quickly about her delicious creations, and soon, she was receiving more orders than she could handle. Her business flourished, and she went from being jobless to becoming the primary breadwinner of her family.Today, Lalremruati’s journey is an inspiration to many. From struggling to make ends meet to running a successful venture, she has proven that with the right skills and determination, dreams can become reality.
